This is a one pan meal thats pretty quick and definitely easy.

Ingredients

2-3 Ibs of petite beef sirloin steak ( sliced thin )

3 bell peppers ( sliced )

2 large white or yellow onions ( sliced )

1/2 pound of mushrooms

1 Tbs Worcestershire sause

1 Tsp pepper

1 Tsp salt

2 Tsp garlic powder

1 Tsp onion powder

1 Tsp Lawry's season salt

6 Hoagie rolls

provolone cheese

mustard

Mayonnaise

Start by adding your thinly sliced steak into a bowl and mix in all the seasonings and worcestershire sauce. Set the steak aside to marinate.

While the meat is marinating heat up a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in 2 Tbs oil. Add your peppers into the pan and saute until they are al dente. ( I like to get mine a little charred.) Remove the peppers from the pan and then add the onion in and do the same with them. When the onions are done repeat the same process with the mushrooms.

Once you have sautéed all of your veggies you'll want to heat that same pan back up to a high heat and add 2 more Tbs of oil. Once your pan is nice and hot cook your steak in small batches just long enough for the meat to be browned on the outside.

After all of the meat is done add everything back into the skillet and taste for seasoning one more time. cover the steak and veggies with a layer of provolone and cover for a few minutes to melt and then turn off the heat.

Cut your hoagie rolls in half long ways and put mayo on both sides. Season with a dash of garlic powder and then place the face down in a skillet over medium-low heat and toast the bread.

Take your toasted bread put mustard on the bottom, put a good amount of your cheese steak mixture onto it and eat it while its hot! ( if you dont like provolone you can use any type of cheese. You could even use a cheddar sauce instead of sliced cheese. )
