Cheddar Mushroom Turkey Burgers

These burgers are juicy, delicious, and very simple to make.


1/2 cup onion ( finely diced )

3 Ibs ground turkey

1 1/2 cups of cubed cheese ( I use cheddar )

4-5 large mushrooms ( finely chopped )

2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 Tsp McCormick steak seasoning (  )

1 Tsp onion powder

1 Tsp garlic powder 

1 Tsp pepper

1 1/2 Tsp kinders buttery steak house seasoning  ( )

1 Tsp salt

Hamburger buns




red onion

sliced cheese


relish or pickle slices



  Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat with 2 Tbs of oil in it. Then in a large bowl mix together all ingredients until combined. ( Don't over work your meat. ) Seperate out your meat into 9 equal portions and then shape them into patties.

  Once you have your patties shaped take 2 -3 at a time, and put them in the hot skillet. Cook 6 -7 minutes on each side until they have a good sear and have reached 165 degrees.

  To assemble your burger spread mayo onto your bun and sprinkle a touch of the kinders buttery steak house seasoning onto it. Place in the skillet to toast your bun. After you toast your bun top with any of your favorite burger toppings and enjoy! 

    ( I serve mine with a side of crinkle cut fries or coleslaw.)
